Registration & Refund Policy
Completed online registration, medical information and signed waivers are required for ALL campers. We have designed the process to be as user-friendly as possible. Please pay close attention to due dates and payment/refund information as applicable.
REFUND POLICY FOR CAMP OAKES
Our fee includes all meals, activities, transportation, pictures, shirts, lodging and a lot of fun. There is no need for your child to bring money to camp as there is nothing there for them to buy. Our fee is all-inclusive. Camp4Kids does not require an additional membership, programming or association fee.
If you cancel at any time before April 1st, you will receive a full refund. After April 1st, no portion of your registration fee and/or deposit will be returned. You will receive NO refund for family plan vacation (instead of going to camp) or for a camper who is sent home due to illness, behavior issues, accident or site evacuation, or for school related matter, or family sickness. (Camp4Kids has already paid monies to Camp who has ordered and received food needed for your child the week of camp, paid for site staff who support us all week the week we are in camp, and made transportation and program arrangements for your child in advance, wich includes staffing.)
CAMP OAKES is open to campers ages 8-17.
After you register, you will be sent a link to download only two pages. Please do so immediately and get this medical release form and immunization information filled out as quickly as possible. Remember the immunization form is optional, if you chose to not submit. Please pay close attention to when payment is due. If you have not paid your full outstanding balance for camp by June 30th, your credit card will be charged for the full outstanding balance the following morning. Please make sure you are prepared for this! In order to help many parents, we have set up a number of monthly payment options, and there are camperships funds (scholarships for a portion of the costs) may be available to you depending on your income, and upon Camp4Kids availability to funds.
For your protection and ours, we do not accept cash or checks.
MEDICAL EXAMS AND IMMUNIZATIONS RECORDS
To help parents save money in these uncertain and turbulent times, we have decided to forgo having them spend the additional cost to have their child go to a doctor for a physical exam. So long as your child comes to camp health and you (the parents or guardian) are certain they have not been exposed to anyone else who has been sick, within the past 72 hours before we leave for camp, we will not require a physical exam.
Camp4Kids will require on the day we leave for camp that you sign a statement to that effect, along with a waiver, and a form telling our medical team what medication (if any) your child takes daily. All medication will have to be in its original container.
The same hold true for your children’s dental health as well.
We will ask (if you chose to do so) to supply us with your child immunization records, however again you may opt out of supplying this information if you so desire.
When you drop your child off, we will ask you to sign a consent form (which was previously on the health form) along with a list of any medication your child is taking at that time which we will give to our health professionals to administrate.
Please be advised that our camp is NOT BILINGUAL in nature and English is the primary language spoken
