Registration & Refund Policy

Camp4Kids is pleased to offer two camp programs in 2023. Complete registration, waiver, and medical forms are required of ALL campers.  We have designed the process to be as user-friendly as possible. Please pay close attention to due dates and payment/refund information as applicable.

CAMP OAKES is open to campers ages 9-17.

After you register, you will be sent a link to download only two pages.  Please do so immediately and get this medical form filled out as quickly as possible. This form must be filled out by your doctor and signed by both the doctor and you, where indicated.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at: Register@camp4kids.org or info@camp4kids.org and we will gladly help you. Please pay attention to when payment is due.  If you have not paid your full outstanding balance for camp by June 30th, your credit card will be charged for the full outstanding balance the following morning.  Please make sure you are prepared for this!  In order to help many parents, we have set up a number of monthly payment options, and camperships (scholarships for a portion of the costs) may be available .  For your protection and ours, we do not accept cash or checks.

Our fee includes all meals, activities, transportation, pictures, shirts, lodging and a lot of fun. There is no need for your child to bring money to camp as there is nothing there for them to buy.  Our fee is all-inclusive. Camp4Kids does not require an additional membership, programming or association fee.

If you cancel at any time before April 1st, you will receive a full refund. After April 1st, no portion of your deposit will be returned.

You will receive NO refund of any money you have paid after June 30, 2022. if your family plans a vacation  (instead of going to camp) or the camper is sent home due to illness, behavior, accident or site evacuation.  (Camp has already ordered and received the food needed for your child that week, paid for site staff who support us all week, and made transportation and program arrangements for your child in advance.)

CAMP RONALD McDONALD FOR GOOD TIMES is exclusively for patients in CHOC's Oncology Program and their siblings, ages 9-17.

I love and refer Camp 4 Kids like crazy - I love that my kids can experience what I always wished I could.

Best camp ever!!! My kids have been to many different camps in the past and this is by far the best experience. I’m so glad my sister told me about this camp. This is our 4th year. We fly all the way from Oahu every year for this camp. My kids are beyond excited EVERY year. Thank you to Ron and his staff for these amazing memories ❤️

Tammy

Thank you for all the time, effort and care you put into Camp4Kids. You don't have any idea how much how this camp means to me and my family.
