Registration & Refund Policy
We have designed our website to be user friendly. At the request of parents, we have automated as much of the registration process as possible. We have done this in order to save you time and avoid more paperwork than needed. After you register, you will be sent a link to download only two pages. Please do so immediately and get this form filled out as quickly as possible. This form must be filled out by your doctor and signed by both the doctor and you, where indicated. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at: RonC@camp4kids.org or email@example.com and we will gladly help you. Please pay attention to when payment is due. If you have not paid your full outstanding balance for camp by June 30th, your credit card will be charged for the full outstanding balance the following morning. Please make sure you are prepared for this!
If for any reason, this includes, but is not limited to: accidents, or a newly planned vacation, or your child needs to go home or has been sent home, you will not receive any portion back as a refund. Remember Camp Oakes has already ordered and received the food needed for your child that week, it has paid for its staff who support us all week, and they have made transportation and program arrangements for your child in advance. We do not accept cash or checks (for your protection). If you cancel at any time before April 1st, you will receive a full refund, after April 1st, no portion of your deposit will be returned. This policy includes all CamperShip funds which will thereafter be allocated to others.
Camp includes all meals, activities, transportation, pictures, shirts, lodging and a lot of fun. There is no need for your child to bring money to camp as there is nothing there for them to buy. Our fee is all\-inclusive. Camp4Kids does not require an additional membership, programming or association fee.
